Report CERT Volunteer Service Hours & Miles Driven into Sharepoint
Report all CERT related emergency and disaster preparedness volunteer service hours you complete and the miles you drive to and from an activity on the behalf of the Chandler CERT Program into the Chandler CERT Sharepoint database. Report the number of hours for classes, drills, events, projects, etc that you complete.
The link to Sharepoint is on the Chandler CERT website at: www.chandlercert.org.
To enter your hours and the miles you have driven in to Sharepoint, follow these step:
-
Click on the "Enter Hours" link under "Menu" on the left side of the page.
-
Click on the "New" button directly under the words "Volunteer Hours Tracking."
-
Complete the form on the "Volunteer Hour Tracking: New Item" page.
-
Click "Ok" when you are done.
Repeat this process for each activity you have completed.
All information is kept in the database. However, the website only shows the first 100 records on the first page. To record your hours, you do not need a password.
Your volunteer hours and miles driven information are reported to the City of Chandler and are critical to ensure we have the appropriate coverage for worker's compensation. Additionally, they facilitate volunteer management and program administration. Lastly, your volunteer hours can count towards recognition awards.
If you have any questions, please email at CERTADMIN or call 480-782-2116.
