St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church to Host Basic CERT Course #44 for the Public

The Chandler Basic CERT Course #44 schedule has been updated as of 7/24/2009. 

In celebration of National Preparedness Month in September, St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church will be hosting the Chandler Basic CERT Course #44 starting on 9/23. All classes will be held at St. Andrew except for the last class.  See below for details. 

To register for the course, click on the sign up link on the left side of this page or emailing: CERTADMIN by 9/21.  Registration is required. For more information, call: 480-782-2116.

CERT Course 44 Schedule:

  • Classes are free and opened to the public.
  • All classes held at 6:30pm - 9:30pm.
  • Class 1, 9/23 is on a Wednesday.
  • Classes 1-6 held at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 3450 W. Ray Road, Chandler
  • All remaining classes are on Thursdays.
  • Class 7 held at Chandler Fire Training Facility at 3550 S. Dobson Road, Chandler

9/23, Wednesday, Disaster Preparedness; and Terriorism and CERT

10/1, Thursday, Disaster Fire Safety & Suppression; and CERT Organization

10/8, Thursday, Disaster Medical Operations I

10/15, Thursday, Disaster Medical Operations II

10/22, Thursday, Basic Search and Rescue

10/29, Thursday, Disaster Psychology

11/5, Thursday, Course Review and Disaster Simulation
